Dispatch items back to me within 7 days after making contact about your return via a tracked or signed for mail service. We do not reimburse mail service fees originally paid or the expenses for posting back to us. The parcel is of your responsibility until it reaches us. Gently cleanse in cold water, avoiding any harsh detergents or machine washing. Take extra care around the embellishments to prevent damage. Allow the garment to air dry flat, avoiding direct sunlight. Following these guidelines will help preserve the beauty and intricate detailing, ensuring you shine bright. Loss of embellishments is normal for the piece.
