• Colours & Fabrics:
Please send us photos of the colours and fabrics you would like to be used.
 
• Features:
Rhinestones? Sequins? Embellishments? Tassels? Appliques? We need to know anything in particular you would like.
 
• Sizing:
Measurements we need for all creations: Height, weight, hips, waist, across bust and under bust.
 
Measurements we may also require: Shoulder to shoulder, inner thigh, top of hip to ground, neck circumference, under arm to top of hip.
 
• Garment Use:
We would like to know what you are intending on using your garment for.
 
• Favourite:

• Washing Instructions:
Hand wash only in cold water.
 
• Wear and Tear:
Wear and tear will occur over time with all of our costumes. Each one is different and we can advise you on how it is best to care for your item once it has been decided. 
 
• Returns:
Due to the customised nature of these costumes, we regret to inform you that all custom costumes are non-returnable.
 
• Delivery:
Made to order (usually within 6-8 weeks) then shipped. We're based in the U.K. and Spain; allow time for international delivery. Not responsible for delays due to customs or Covid.

Our packaging is environmentally friendly, including biodegradable and/or recyclable materials.
