One size. However these are a new item and we are still experimenting. We would love your feedback on how they fit you once received. 
• Garment Use:
If you’re pole heels sometimes slip or expand throughout your class you may want some of these! They are designed to keep your shoe on and in place making it more secure and you more stable to pole in your heels.

• Washing Instructions:
Hand wash only in cold water.
 
• Wear and Tear:
Depending on how much you pole these should at least 6 months with around a 1-2 week usage. If it is any shorter, please get in touch.

Due to the customized nature of this item, we regret to inform you they are non-returnable.
 
• Delivery:
Made to order (usually within 2-3 weeks) then shipped. We're based in the U.K. and Spain; allow time for international delivery and delays due to customs or Covid.
