Dispatch items back to me within 7 days after making contact about your return via a tracked or signed for mail service. We do not reimburse mail service fees originally paid or the expenses for posting back to us. The parcel is of your responsibility until it reaches us. Loss of embellishments is normal for the piece.

For stilt covers, the crafting process may require up to 4 week before dispatch. However, we understand urgency, and in certain cases, we may be able to expedite production.
