Embellishment loss due to improper handling, pulling, or stretching of the fabric/ garment is the buyer's responsibility. We do not accept returns or offer replacements for damage caused by mishandling. We photograph our garments on dispatch to ensure they leave us in perfect condition. Please inspect your garment carefully upon arrival and handle with appropriate care. If you feel you have the incorrect size, please do NOT pull into place. Instead please get in touch with us for an exchange for an appropriate size.

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we’re unable to cancel because materials may have already been ordered and work may have begun.
