Returns accepted and full refund given once received back to us in perfect condition. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items back to me within 7 days after making contact about your return via a tracked or signed for mail service. We do not reimburse mail service fees originally paid or the expenses for posting back to us. The parcel is of your responsibility until it reaches us. We do not recommend using hot water or any cleaning products to reduce rhinestone loss. Take extra care around the embellishments to prevent damage. Following these guidelines will help preserve the beauty and intricate detailing, ensuring you shine bright. Loss of embellishments is normal for the piece.
