We're based in the U.K. and Spain; allow time for international delivery. Not responsible for delays due to customs or Covid.

Returns accepted and full refund given once received back to us in perfect condition. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Dispatch items back to me within 7 days after making contact about your return via a tracked or signed for mail service. We do not reimburse mail service fees originally paid or the expenses for posting back to us. The parcel is of your responsibility until it reaches us. If a parcel is lost you would need to make a claim through the service provider that you chose

For stilt covers, the crafting process may require up to 4 week before dispatch. However, we understand urgency, and in certain cases, we may be able to expedite production.
