• Refund Process: Once we receive the item in perfect condition, a full refund will be issued. Please be aware that we do not reimburse the original shipping fees or the costs incurred for returning the item.

• Responsibility: The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. In the unfortunate event of a lost parcel, you will need to file a claim with the mail service provider you selected.

Embellishment loss due to improper handling, pulling, or stretching of the fabric/ garment is the buyer's responsibility. We do not accept returns or offer replacements for damage caused by mishandling. We photograph our garments on dispatch to ensure they leave us in perfect condition. Please inspect your garment carefully upon arrival and handle with appropriate care. If you feel you have the incorrect size, please do NOT pull into place.
