• Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted if the item is returned to us in perfect condition. Please ensure the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Contact Us: Notify us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of delivery. This can be done by contacting our customer service team.

• Return Shipping: Dispatch the item back to us within 7 days after making contact about your return. Please use a tracked or signed-for mail service to ensure the parcel's safety. Note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

• Refund Process: Once we receive the item in perfect condition, a full refund will be issued. Please be aware that we do not reimburse the original shipping fees or the costs incurred for returning the item.

• Responsibility: The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. In the unfortunate event of a lost parcel, you will need to file a claim with the mail service provider you selected.

• Handle with Care: Pay special attention to the embellishments to prevent any damage during washing.
• Air Dry: Lay the garment flat to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight to preserve its vibrant colors.
• Note on Embellishments: Some loss of embellishments is normal and expected over time.

Please note that our shop operates from the U.K. and Spain, and this exquisite piece is handmade in the Far East. As a result, order processing may take up to one week.

The creation of this unique leotard involves meticulous craftsmanship, which may require additional time before dispatch. We understand the importance of timely delivery and are open to discussing expedited production options. If you have an urgent need, please contact us to inquire about the current turnaround time before placing your order.

Embellishment loss due to improper handling, pulling, or stretching of the fabric/ garment is the buyer's responsibility. We do not accept returns or offer replacements for damage caused by mishandling. We photograph our garments on dispatch to ensure they leave us in perfect condition. Please inspect your garment carefully upon arrival and handle with appropriate care. If you feel you have the incorrect size, please do NOT pull into place. Instead please get in touch with us for an exchange for an appropriate size.

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we’re unable to cancel because materials may have already been ordered and work may have begun. As a small business, we allocate time and resources to each order quickly to keep production moving. If you need to make a change, please message as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help where we can.
