Stilt costumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable because they are made to order and tailored to your requirements (including measurements, length and fit adjustments). Due to the bespoke nature of these items, they cannot be resold once produced, so we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect measurements provided by the buyer. Please check all sizing details carefully and contact us before ordering if you have any questions. However, if you’re anything less than happy when your order arrives, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can review the issue and do our best to help.

To maintain the brilliance and longevity of your garment, please follow these delicate care guidelines:

• Hand Wash Only: Gently wash the leotard in cold water, steering clear of harsh detergents and machine washing.
• Handle with Care: Pay special attention to prevent any damage during washing.
• Air Dry: Lay the garment flat to air dry, avoiding direct sunlight to preserve its vibrant colors.

By adhering to these care instructions, you can ensure your garment remains as stunning as the day you received it, allowing you to shine bright on every occasion.

Please note that our shop operates from the U.K. and Spain, and our stilt costumes are handmade in the Far East. As a result, order processing may take up to one week. Stilt costumes are made to order and require a production turnaround time of approximately 3–5 weeks before dispatch due to the meticulous craftsmanship involved. If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us before placing your order to check the current turnaround time and discuss whether an expedited option may be possible.

Embellishment loss due to improper handling, pulling, or stretching of the fabric/ garment is the buyer's responsibility. We do not accept returns or offer replacements for damage caused by mishandling. We photograph our garments on dispatch to ensure they leave us in perfect condition. Please inspect your garment carefully upon arrival and handle with appropriate care. If you feel you have the incorrect size, please do NOT pull into place. Instead please get in touch with us for an exchange for an appropriate size.

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we’re unable to cancel because materials may have already been ordered and work may have begun. As a small business, we allocate time and resources to each order quickly to keep production moving. If you need to make a change, please message as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help where we can.
